Revolt Motors opens two new dealerships in Kerala

Revolt Motors today announced the opening of two new retail stores in Kerala. After recently expanding its presence in states like Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, Revolt Motors is all set to set foot in Kochi and the state of Kerala in Thrissur.

This will be the 24th and 25th stores of the brand and the first two stores in the state. The company plans to open more than 40 dealerships in India this year.

Kerala recently ranked second in the list of state energy and climate indicators prepared by the NITI Commission, demonstrating the state’s preparedness and eco-friendly approach. Adding to this, the Kerala state government inaugurated five EV charging stations at Ernakulam in April 2022 as part of its EV policy.

Under the new policy developed and implemented, Kerala has also taken steps to manufacture lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and aims to provide maximum support to electric vehicle makers by encouraging EV use across the state.

Through government initiatives such as the FAME India Scheme and the Policy Commission’s ‘Battery Swap’ policy, there is growing momentum across the country towards the sustainability and adaptability of eco-friendly vehicles.

The new stores at Kochi and Thrissur are located at 40/279 B, NH66, Palarivattam, Palarivattam Over Bridge, Ernakulam, Kochi – 682024 and 14 / 3A (1), Guruvayur Road, Pujakkal, Ayanthol PO, Thrissur – 68003.

The stores will not only serve as a selling point for the company but will be able to feel the EV ecosystem here. One can get a chance to experience the car through the test ride and go through the design and charging process.

The RV400, Revolt’s flagship offer, comes with a 3KW (Mid Drive) motor, powered by a 72V, 3.24KWh lithium-ion battery that can reach a top speed of 85km / h.

The bike can be powered by the MyRevolt app, which features bike locator / geo-fencing, customized sound that you can change with a tap on the screen, complete bike diagnostics, battery status, your ride history data and KMs, and in less than 60 seconds. Option to locate the nearest Revolt switch station to shuffle your Revolt’s battery and make it on-the-move.

The RV400 has three riding modes – Eco, Normal and Sport – tailored to each rider’s riding style and needs. Also, the EV has fully adjustable mono-shocks with upside down (USD) fork up-front and rear.
