In good news for OnePlus fans around the world, smartphone maker OnePlus on Friday announced the first Android 13 beta as part of the developer preview program for the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G. OnePlus 10 Pro users now have an initial opportunity to experience the latest version of Android.
“This build of Android 13 is best suited for developers and other advanced users. By providing access to Android 13 at an early stage, app developers and other early adopters in our community are able to start creating a better software experience,” the company wrote in a blog post. In the post
To install Android 13 Beta, please make sure the battery level is above 30 percent and a minimum of 4GB of storage space is available.
Please note that this upgrade method only works for IN (India) and EU versions. This upgrade method will delete all the contents of the phone, please don’t forget to backup first.
– Download the latest upgraded zip package from the specified server.
– Copy the ROM upgrade package to phone storage.
– Go to Settings -> About Device -> Version -> Build Number 7 Click and enter the password, now you are in Developer Mode.
Go back to Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click on the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade is 100% complete.
– After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
– Successful update.
There are other devices eligible for Android 13 Beater under the Developer Preview Program: Asus Zenfone 8, Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, Oppo Find X5 Pro, Realme GT 2 Pro, Vivo X80 Pro, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 5, Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G, Sharp Aquos Sense6 and ZTE Axon 40 Pro.
